FAQ
- 1. How do I submit art work?
- Please email art work to the sales representative you have been working with in any format (.jpg, .png, .tiff, .bmp, .ai, .eps, etc.). If your logo is available in an .eps format, that would be the most preferred method. If there are any questions please contact us.
- 2. What is the turn around time for items?
- All orders are different, however as a general rule we suggest allotting two weeks from order placement, to order delivery. We understand that sometimes things come up and the two week window will not work. In such cases please contact us as we are willing to rush orders when needed.
- 3. Is there a minimum order amount?
- We do not have minimum orders, although small orders do tend to be a bit more costly per piece.
- 4. Can I purchase products for you to print?
- We rarely accept outside garments for printing, yet we do make exceptions. Please call if you are in this situation and would like to go over our policy.
